Panera Customer Survey
In order to collect data from Panera, we conducted surveys and an observation analysis. The first survey was for current and past employees of the Panera in Harrisonburg, Va. The second survey was for Panera customers, which largely consisted of college students. Our observation was conducted on October 28th, 2015 during Panera's lunch rush.

Written Customer Feedback:
“I had some issues with how long it took to get my food. My friends would order after me and get their food ten minutes before me...I ordered a salad. This has happened multiple times.”
“I love Panera and I go there quite often. The lines are normally pretty long and it takes a while to order, but I have never had a bad experience with the actual food or customer service.”
“I don't know if this is a management issue, or a distribution issue, but The are always out of stuff when I go there. One time they were literally out of chicken, and another they were out of baguettes.”
“This location is often out of stuff (mac and cheese, soups, etc.) when I go and that is frustrating/disappointing. Other than that, its great!”
“I think panera is overpriced for the quality and amount of food that comes with your order.”
“Hate having to put my dishes in the dirty bins-- it's gross. Tables should be bused.”
