Entering an Order into Order Queue
Example Order: “You Pick Two”, caesar salad, broccoli and cheddar soup, regular green tea

Receive order from customer

Select ‘You Pick Two’ option

Select ‘Half Caesar’

Select ‘Broccoli and Cheddar Soup’

Ask customer if they would like to add a drink
-
If customer includes drink, select ‘Green Tea’
-
Because customer included beverage, ask if they would like to include $0.99 pastry
-
Customer did not include pastry
-
-
Re-read order, ask customer if order is correct
-
If order is not correct, make appropriate changes and read cost. If correct, read cost
-
Ask customer for method of payment
-
If card, swipe card. If cash, input amount of cash given and return stated amount of change.

Hand customer receipt, as well as buzzer
-
Let customer know when buzzer rings, food will be ready at the counter to the left.
